Implementación de un sistema de inventario para el abastecimiento de recursos para la producción de banano de la Hacienda Guayabo Guayabosa S.A.

Abstract:

The implementation of the supply system by means of a inventory software, aims to improve production banana in Hacienda Guayabos S.A. Guayabo. The objective is s achieved leveraging advantages offered by this system such as improving inventory control. The methods used throughout this work are: information gathering, tabulation and quantification of the data. All this helped with information record all hours lost in the banana production. Analyzing the cause of the main problem, we consider the implementation of a system of formal for banana production, is the most appropriate solution for company, so we proceeded arealizar analysis of implementation costs. The investment is based on the acquisition of one XASS 10 software and training for the proper use of the program and proper functioning of the system. The investment to be made is $ 20,400.00, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 1.83% per annum and 0.15% per month, in eight months; Relationship Cost - Benefit of 54.55% ie the investment to be Applied recover in eight months in a 45.4 5% concluding that the proposal is implemented is entirely feasible for the company.
