Implementación de un sistema web para la planificación y control de los tiempos y fases de proyectos para la Constructora Zambrano.

Abstract:

The process that is carried out by the construction company Zambrano whose objective is to carry out the planning and control of the different construction projects, where the monitoring and compliance of the phases and times of the projects will be carried out. The stages of the project Will be analyzed, identifying the most critical phases which will allow to give a better timetable for the elaboration and culmination of each work. The development of the projects will be presented in an innovative way, automating the processes and activities of the construction company, in which the interaction with the client through web via will be obtained, which will facilitate the tracing and fulfillment of the phases of each project. With the innovation of the method of carrying out the automated construction business via online, it results in the proper coordination and interaction with the client, allowing to establish the times and compliances of the phases and stages that were set in the project. The construction company will guarantee the commitment and security of being able to show the progress of each phase allowing the client to follow the project without the need to be physically in the project area to culminate.
