Abstract:

The teaching of communicative grammar assists the changes from the didactic point of view of the language in line with the advances of the text linguistic, which have not been sufficiently aware by the teachers, which responds to the decision that in the present investigation it is proposed to implement and implement a didactic strategy in order to enhance the teaching-learning process of communicative grammar in this way that allows the understanding and use of grammatical structures in the contexts of communication in the 7th grade "B" students of the “Isaac A. Chico” Elementary School located in the Ricaurte del Cantón Cuenca parish. This research focuses on a qualitative approach in the action research methodology. For the realization of diagnoses, instruments such as observation guides, surveys, diagnostic tests, as well as the documentary review and analysis of ministerial documents and the application of the didactic strategy for communicative grammar have been used. Finally, it was possible to evaluate the production of the didactic strategy in the students.
