Análisis de administración organizacional de la empresa unión de cooperativas de transportes “Taxistas del Guayas


Abstract:

The Union of non-profit Cooperatives are trying to improve their controls, processes, administrative procedures for better use of monetary and personnel resources. To finance their activities, they need a better distribution of administrative and monetary resources. However, at present, there are no policies, processes and procedures appropriate to changes in the laws, regulations that govern them. So that the Union can fulfill its work of struggle for the union. The objective of this study is to determine the flaws and incorporate policies, processes, procedures for improvement. To this end, the research question is as follows: What policies, processes, and procedures should be implemented to achieve optimal management of monetary and personnel resources? In this context, it is important the correct administration of resources to carry out managements aimed at achieving objectives, uniting the different cooperatives. The research question is answered through an experiment that involves distributing a questionnaire to the respondents. These are divided at random in two conditions (namely, members and administrative staff). On the basis of their qualification, they are asked to comment on the improvements and difficulties detected in the union of Guayas taxi drivers. The responses received show that the feeling is to receive excellent service from the members, and from the administrative staff not knowing the functions and how they should operate in certain circumstances within the organization. These results indicate that the service and the lack of procedures have an impact on the administration of the UNIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS DE TRANSPORTES “TAXISTAS DEL GUAYAS”. Bearing this in mind, it is recommended that the union make regulations and procedures that allow each user and worker the work or right that must be fulfilled or demanded. Additional research could be conducted to identify other factors to be taken into account when selecting the procedures, regulations, laws to be followed that will be very useful for the organizations that make up the union.
