Implementar un nuevo sistema de producción para diversificar la línea de balanceado de tilapia para la Empresa Skretting Ecuador.

Abstract:

The presente research work proposes an increase in shrimp production by diversifying the line of tilapia, in the plant the methodology consisted of direct observation, field research, dialogue with the workes and obtain adequate information for to be able to elaborate a correct diagnostic with the use of tools of analysis used like diagram of tree, FODA, Diagram cause and effect of Pareto, As an effect, the possible solutions to the problems detected were analyzed, obtaining an improvement and an increase in the line of process of shrimp , consequently, a higher quality of the finished product to offer customers. Although the capacity of the craft plant is raised, this could increase its pales considerably with this proposal from the next period, additional it is recommended, a plan to control the improvements and preventive and corrective maintenance program.
