The results show that the dominant culture in this group of companies is based on the clan organization. The sustainability actions are oriented to the social dimension and with respect to the relationship between the variables, the correlation coefficient −0.143 with a significance level p < 0.05 shows statistically that there is a weak and non-significant negative correlation. Therefore, it is concluded that organizational culture is not an influential variable in sustainable development.
