Importance of the participation of the employee in the execution of projects: Management perspectives

Abstract:

The objective of this study was to understand the interpretations that managers have about the participation of employees in the different phases of project execution. This research has been developed as a case study at the managerial level, it was developed in the public company scenario. The methodology was based on a qualitative approach. The analysis of data concluded that there is a direct relationship between the perception of managers and the participation of employees in all phases of project.
