Importancia de la inteligencia emocional en los docentes como parte del vínculo socio afectivo docente-alumno, y su incidencia en la disciplina en el aula


Abstract:

The present work of investigation aims to call to the reflection, and to emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence in the teachers of initial education. The application of qualitative tools of investigation evidences how the emotional condition of the professionals of the education influence the formation of a healthy and sure connection with their students, and how this affective entail affects directly in the group discipline inside the classroom in children from 18 to 24 months of age in a Center of Infantile Development deprived in the city of Quito in the period 2015-2016.
