Abstract:

This research focuses on the importance of the use of ICT in solving systems of linear equations in the subject of mathematics in students of the first Unified General Baccalaureate of the Angel Modesto Paredes School, for which it was traditionally considered that the technologies of the Information and communication have not been adopted by teachers of mathematics within the classroom as a teaching resource, to promote meaningful learning in students. Educational software is a very necessary resource at present, it is common to call the attention of students to be used, hence the importance of interactive software with striking designs and grade-level chords and with contents attached to the Plans and Mathematics programs in force in the education sector for the first general unified baccalaureate. Surveys were conducted to teachers, students and interviews to managers to obtain a diagnosis of the problem situation. The critical propositive method and a contextualized approach were used since it allows a solution proposal to be made, priority is given to reasoning and contextualization, facilitating the elaboration and development of the solution proposal with greater objectivity, which is why we feel obliged to contribute to the development of a guide for the teacher as an indispensable resource to optimize the teaching of mathematics through interactive software, which will help to develop the thought, which is mostly left aside, being of great importance for the Teachers.
