Análisis de clima organizacional en el Ministerio de Turismo zonal 6 y el Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Azuay en la ciudad de Cuenca durante el período octubre-marzo 2016


Abstract:

Organizational climate is indispensable to increase the productivity of institutions. It is directly linked to the worker’s perception about their working environment. Thus, either managers or employees need an environment of respect and understanding in order to establish a closer teamwork. Otherwise some frictions emerge from internal areas in workplace, which negatively impacts the organization. Therefore, it is of primary importance to recognize the problems that may be rooted in the perception´s workers about the organization to wich they belong. The Monograph denominated: "Analysis of the organizational climate at Ministerio de Turismo Zonal 6 and Sindicato de ChoferesProfesionales del Azuay in the period October – March 2016” studies the perceptions of organizational climate, between men and women who work in their respective institutions. Establishing differences of working environment between public and private sectors Through surveys, a set of variables were examined, which allowed establish the level of influence exercised over the members of the institutions, furthermore, interviews were applied to the managers, and through the observational method, the information between the respondents and the perceptions of the researchers were contrasted.
