Incidence Of The Subjects Of Reason And Faith In The Personal Formation Processes Of Students At Ups Quito Campus

Abstract:

The objective of this research was to analyze the formative incidence of the subjects of the Reason and Faith Area in the students of the UPS, through the application of research instruments that allow to visualize their educational impact at a personal and professional level. This study evidenced the contribution of the subjects: Theological Philosophical Anthropology, Ethics, Life and Transcendence and Social Thought of the Church in the human and professional formation of the students of the technical careers of the Quito Campus. The quantitative methodology was applied supported by the case study, the questionnaire as its own instrument, among other methods, as support to the development of each of the phases of this research project. It was possible to establish a theoretical framework with each of the subjects that reflected a theological academic aspect, and the statistical data showed a majority acceptance (60%) for these subjects.
