Incidence of the economic growth of the manufacturing sector on the gross domestic product in Ecuador
Abstract:
Economic growth impacts the different macroeconomic and microeconomic indicators of the countries, demonstrating particular incidences on social, economic, environmental and territorial factors that create the bases for development. The objective of this research is to study the economic growth of the manufacturing sector on the Gross Domestic Product GDP in Ecuador, particularly the context of economic growth, the input and output relationships and their behavior and the necessary incidences between economic growth and gross domestic product. The methodology used refers to the quantitative paradigm, being an integral correlational investigation, applying the linear regression, correlations and a nonparametric test like Shapiro-Wilk. The results show that there is a context in constant transformation of the manufacturing sector referred basically to goods and services; b) the input and output behavior accounts for and c) the correlations between the variables, 99% association is evidenced, high level of significance. It is concluded that the industrial manufacturing sector has a positive impact on the Gross Domestic Product Real (constant) GDP in Ecuador, associating industrial factors that have a significant impact.
