Incidencia de la bacteria Helicobacter pylori en caninos del sector del Guasmo Sur

Abstract:

The investigation work present treated on the incident of Helicobacter pylori in animals, this investigation was made in Guayaquil. The investigation consisted of determining the incident of the bacteria Helicobacter pylori in dogs through the method of diagnose DIALAB Rapid Test, the casuistic was 100 of cases to sample. With the data obtained and the statistical analysis applied they were obtained the following results: Of 100 cases sampled 8 of they are positive, what represented the 8% of the incident, with a sensibility of the diagnostic test of the 8%. With respect to the sex, 3 females turned out to be positive (7.14%) and 5 male (8.62%); the dogs of more than 4 years are the ones that had greater incident (8.82%). Coiciding the Dalmatian race (40%) the one that greater percentage of incident of Helicobacter Pylori presented. By the results obtain is recommended to adopt measures in the clinical analysis of rule not out the presence of the bacteria Helicobacter pylori as possible causes of the processes of gastric reflux presented in dogs and besides to take the respective processing since the illness in animals like in humans can derive in problems of Neoplasia.
