Incidencia de la comunicación interna en el bienestar laboral del GAD Macará.
Abstract:
This research is a study conducted within the Decentralized Autonomous Government GAD Macará, where the objective is to determine the impact of internal communication on the labor welfare of workers, to implement a proposal that allows the improvement of internal communication for the benefit of labour wellbeing. Within the methodology used, a correlational study with a qualitative approach was developed. A survey was applied as a data collection technique, and two questionnaires were used as instruments to measure the study variables, and the population was delimited by stratified random sampling. After the results of the surveys, the exploratory data analysis was used to organize and characterize the information collected, while the Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the influence of variables, showing highly significant correlations between formal coworkers communication and organizational communication (0.519) and official communication versus formal communication among coworkers, official communication and formal communication among coworkers (0.240), This also shows deficiencies in the internal communication of the organization, which generates delays in daily management, Process bottlenecks due to lack of fluidity between areas or departments, discontent among employees who recognize the lack of harmony in the communication channels, so it was determined that there is an impact of the internal communication of the organization on labour wellbeing, therefore a proposal was made to improve communication in the GAD of Macará, through strategies such as: Incentives, social and recreational activities, directed by professionals in the area of social communication.
