Abstract:
This research study is based on the methodological techniques and outcomes of third level students learning English in the career of Marketing and the promotion of the English language. The significance of this thesis is centered on the development of a Methodological Guide of Techniques for the learning. The study employs an ethnographical approach based on documental investigation and complimented by theoretical and legal grounds. As a determinant, this research conducts an assessment through the use of surveys given to students and teachers. The theoretical framework includes concepts such as theories of communication, learning and resources for learning, constructivist learning, motivation, teaching, language teaching techniques, and learning outcomes, among others. This study seeks to determine the techniques that should be employed in the teaching and learning of the English language. Simultaneously, this study seeks to promote techniques that will not only enhance the teaching and learning process, but also comply and reinforce institutional objectives in a way in which they can respond to the challenges that require a scientific and technological preparation.
