Incidencia de riesgos mecánicos en accidentes laborales en empresa de productos de plásticos.

Abstract:

This research analyzes the impact of mechanical risks within a company that makes products for rigid and flexible plastic containers, because they are manufacturing process there is a strong presence of machinery, moving equipment, hand tools that workers are constantly in contact with these elements, and can affect body as crushing cuts, cuts, mutilation, particle projection, etc., the working environment in relation to level lighting, noise, heat stress is also considered because manufacturing processes plastics generate heat, which could give accident on site works currently where there are accidents so this research is important as a tool for disposal at the company. You can control the risk factors that have the production processes of the company. The research methodology is defined as a premise; machines, tools, equipment due to its structure and age may be risks for accidents? Which will serve to explain the phenomenon. For this survey and data collection was done through field survey staff workers and direct observation, statistical method is also analyzed by information that the company and then analyze the results and discuss. This work will establish a set of activities to minimize, eliminate or manage mechanical hazards present in the productive processes of the company and thus reduce the negative impact to the workers through a proposal that is in the action plan in which we detail the problem, activity to remedy the problem, responsible for the implementation and execution tentative time activity.
