Abstract:

The importance in the development of the present investigation is based on analyzing the formation of the profile of the university entrepreneur in the UDLA and EPN headquarters Quito, being a process that allows to identify failures in each institution that affect the formation of a university profile according to the needs from the country. The relevance of the study is based on the application of field instruments in each institution to know broadly its admission processes, training and promotion of entrepreneurship, being able to establish weaknesses that affect the students in their ability to face obstacles to present themselves in their professional life. The beneficiaries of the development will be the members of the educational community of the UDLA and EPN headquarters Quito. In this case, the students of both universities will have mechanisms that allow them to have a solid vision of the enterprise. Teachers will access training processes that allow them to contribute to the formation of the profile of the entrepreneur and the university directors and administrators will be able to make decisions aimed at boosting students' initiatives, motivating them to overcome challenges.
