Incidencia del bono de dasarrollo humano en la reducción de la pobreza en los beneficiarios del cantón Durán, período 2015-2020

Abstract:

The present research aims to analyze the incidence of the Human Development Bonus in beneficiaries of the Durán canton and determine if it has achieved the reduction of poverty and extreme poverty in the population most vulnerable to this problem. As a hypothesis, it is proposed that the reception of the human development bonus in the inhabitants of the Durán canton has allowed a reduction in their poverty levels, for which the poverty variables with respect to the human development bonus will be studied. To carry out this research, a descriptive methodology with quantitative and qualitative approaches was applied, which aims to determine the results through surveys that were carried out on the beneficiaries of the voucher, taking a population sample of 337 people who receive vouchers, where It was obtained as a result that the voucher is not enough to improve the quality of life of its users, therefore a series of public policies is proposed that allow a better targeting of the voucher in the population most affected by poverty and in turn provide mechanisms of financial education to the beneficiaries of this resource.
