Incidencia del desempeño del docente en el logro de resultados de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la Facultad Ciencias de la Educación y de la Comunicación de la Universidad Estatel de Milagro en el año 2013
Abstract:
This Master´s thesis was developed based on the pedagogic detected problem, low development achievements results of learning of the FACEC at the Universidad Estatal de Milagro; the time in which the investigation was carried on, during the first semester of 2013 the intention was to analyze the incident of the educational performance in the achievements of results of learning by means of a field study with a sample of the involved ones for the design of an active strategies manual in order to potentiate the educational performance, having the support of the authorities, educational personnel and educational fundamental community for the execution. To reach the dedicated goals technologies and instruments were in use for identifying the reasons of the problem, the criteria that justify the present study being sustained in scientific and pedagogic contributions determined in the theoretical frame, the foundations that complement the academic work contain the concepts linked to the theoretical, philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, sociological and legal bases; the used methods begin with the application of the empirical method, theoretical between others, the different exploratory levels, explanatorily, diagnostic they allowed to find excellent results for the investigation. The methodological implemented design and the modalities so much of bibliographical field and of feasible project they made possible to crystallize positive achievements. The population or universe involved belonged 165 students and 61 teachers for which decided a sample that obtained it applying a universal formula, the surveys that were applied once tabulated in a graphical way it validates in the application of manual of active strategies potentiating of the educational performance.
