Incidencia del nivel de comunicación interna en el desempeño del personal de las empresas del sector automotriz de la ciudad de Guayaquil.


Abstract:

The present research work has the objective of analyzing the incidence between the internal communication and the performance of the personnel for the companies of the group G453 that refers to the sale of parts, pieces and accessories for motor vehicles, located in the city of Guayaquil, as a starting point for the improvement of the management of human talent in the offer of benefits in their jobs, through of statistical correlation indicators, showing the interaction and dependence of the variables. The theoretical reference exposed by Máynez (2017), argues an existing relationship between the presence of internal communication with the performance of the staff, classifying them as referred points of the work environment; To know if the relationship is present in the companies that sell parts, pieces and accessories, the methodological basis of the arguments of Chiavenato (2012) and Molina (2014) is taken, in which the document of a mixed approach, of the type exploratory, descriptive and explanatory, not experimental, which allows the construction of questionnaires aimed at knowing this problem more thoroughly in the entities selected as population and sample of the sector based on the independent and dependent variables. It is concluded that the alternative hypothesis was accepted, the same one that states "There is an incidence between the level of internal communication and the performance of the personnel", the development of strategies that encourage the commitment of the personnel with the entity is recommended and work according to the expectations of top management.
