Análisis de datos mediante KPI’S en empresa naviera JB LOGISTIC en la provincia de Santa Elena.

Abstract:

This work called "Analysis of data through KPI'S in the shipping company JB LOGISTIC in the province of Santa Elena" is aimed to diagnose the negative points using the Deming cycle, during the activities of the shipping / logistics service of the seafarer through KPI'S, that allow to improve the performance in the shipping company JB LOGISTIC in the province of Santa Elena. In order to fulfill the general objective of the investigation, the specific objectives have been followed, which includes as a first step the analysis through the Deming cycle of the current process of the company, identifying and implementing a support tool for the registration of the services provided by the company and as a result, provide them a tool that allows them to analyze the information collected from the services to be supplied through KPI'S, allowing them to measure the productivity and performance of the shipping company correctly and precisely.
