Incidencia y rendimiento de normalización en la calidad de surtax S.A. en base A Iso 9001:2015
Abstract:
The aim of this research work is to analyze the influence of the Quality Management System (QMS) certified with ISO 9001: 2015 on the performance of quality standardization in Surtax SA, as well as the impact and performance of the standard for the company, as well as the advantage of being a company that has international certification. Finally, as the implementation of the SGC under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard is based on a decision support system (DDS) that will be in charge of implementing a computer system that helps the recipients of the company to make valid decisions and with a focus different; Likewise, the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) will be used as a key element in the relationship with customers, it will be manipulated as the integration of technologies and processes of the company in order to meet the needs of the client.
