Index Relationship of Vegetation with the Development of a Quinoa Crop (Chenopodium quinoa) in its First Phenological Stages in Central Ecuador Based on GIS Techniques
Abstract:
We proposed to encounter the relationship between quinoa vegetation indices in a controlled trial and a commercial crop, taking data in the field by means of an airport multispectral sensor and a spectroradiometer, in order to spectrally characterize such grain. Spectral, LAI and PAR data have been collected in controlled experiment, while a UAV flight has been realized, realizing spectral data in a commercial crop. We obtained in a controlled experiment, a SAVI reflectance-based equation, NDVI, CCI and SAVI indexes values as well as spectral signatures, curves and comparative graphs. In a commercial crop, RGB and multispectral images were captured through an UAV, also ortho-mosaics and NDVI maps, as well as numerical values of this index.
