Indicadores de gestión y la toma de decisiones en la Asociación Interprofesional de Maestros y Operarios en Mecánica 5 de Mayo de Tungurahua.

Abstract:

This research aims to study the detected problem, failure to comply with institutional goals and objectives of the Interprofessional Association of Teachers and Workers in Mechanics May 5,due to the inadequate allocation of resources, is has been able to control the level of compliance with the institutional objectives, therefore at the end of the accounting period, negative economic results were obtained the planning tools were also not taken as reference, this has caused that the necessary instruments are not available for efficient decision making, the methodology that has been used has a mixed approach, therefore measures the relationship that occurs among the indicators of management and decision making also presents a detailed overview of the relevant aspects that affect the behavior of the variables; on the other hand, the purpose of studying the problem instead of the facts was to use the type of field research, we also conducted a bibliographic and documentary, review, for application in other areas or entities. The study proposes actions to improve the Association, to provide for the administration of the resources, based on performance indicators for appropriate decision making.
