Indicators for the selection of software quality management tools

Abstract:

The objective of this paper is to propose a set of indicators to support the selection of tools for software quality management. The method of evaluation used as a framework is the" Feature Analysis Case Study", applying the DESMED method, specially developed to select methods for evaluating Software Engineering methods and tools. As a result of this research, a set of fifty-nine indicators has been identified to guide in the selection of tools that support the software quality management process.
