Influence of gender on the development of entrepreneurship

Abstract:

The problem object of this research is part of the need to determine the influence of gender on the creation of Entrepreneurship. As a basic research question was raised how does gender difference in creating Entrepreneurship? The method used was a literature review to achieve a broad view of papers in relation to entrepreneurship and gender. The review focused on magazines written in English, from 2000, regarding the terms: "Entrepreneurship", "Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice", "Entrepreneurship Models", "Gender" and "Entrepreneurship and Gender". The literature review allowed the characterization of the investigations conducted on the role of gender in entrepreneurship and in relation to the elements that limit female entrepreneurship.
