Abstract:
The aim of the research was to analyze the influence of leadership on organizational culture and the effect that results in organizational effectiveness. In this research direction the possible mediating effect of leadership on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness was considered. As a basic research question that arises is: How does leadership mediate in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness?
