Influence of organizational behavior as a necessary practice for the administration of Small and Medium Enterprises
Abstract:
The objective of this work was to characterize the models of organizational behavior and to propose an exploratory model of Organizational Behavior that could serve to characterize this as a necessary practice for the administration of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Knowledge Society. The research was exploratory based on a review of the literature on CO. This was done for the term "Organizational Behavior" and for its translation into English "Organizational Behavior" and its appearance in the title of the reference. The search was conducted, for both terms in Google Scholar and Scopus. This search in Scopus made it possible to confirm the complexity of the topic under study, indicating the limited level of research on this subject in the Spanish-speaking world.
