Influencia de la comunicación asertiva y la motivación en el liderazgo educativo de los directivos de la Unidad Educativa Particular “Rosa de Jesús Cordero” del cantón Cuenca, período académico 2017 - 2018
Abstract:
The current educational system is going through a series of changes in order to offer a better academic and formative system; however, the workload and the demands from the Ministry of Education have made the real function of a leader to be lost, provoking demotivation and frustration. Due to these facts, a necessity has emerged which is the Ministry to be focused on an effective leadership based on an assertive dialogue and motivation. Based on this existing problem, it is expected to get to know the influence of the assertive communication and the motivation on the effective leadership of the school board of “Rosa de Jesus Cordero” School and High School. The main objective is to determine the assertive communication and the motivation of the school board through a descriptive study to establish its influence on its educational leadership; and techniques such as reading, observation, and questionnaires were applied. Moreover, an online survey was taken by the teachers of the elementary school and the hermeneutic, statistical, and descriptive methods were used. It can be concluded that the employment of a real educational leadership of the school board of “Rosa de Jesus Cordero” School and High School, located in Cuenca, during the school year 2017-2018 is based on the assertive communication and motivation.
