: Gestión pedagógica en el aula: Clima social escolar, desde la percepción de estudiantes y profesores del séptimo año de educación básica de los centros educativos “Miguel Valverde de la ciudad de Limón Indanza y Luis Hurtado Vallejo, de la comunidad San Antonio Wampash del cantón Santiago de Méndez, provincia de Morona Santiago, periodo lectivo 2011-2012
Abstract:
The present work is based in knowing the pedagogic management and the social climate of classroom, as elements of measurement and description of the ambience in which the educational process of the students develops in the educational centers “ Miguel Valverde “ of the city of Lemon He Undances and “ Luis Hurtado Vallejo “ of the community of San Antonio Wampash of the canton Santiago of Méndez, province Morona Santiago, school period 2011 - 2012, to execute this project used a sample of 14 students and 2 teachers, there was realized an investigation of descriptive and analytical - synthetic type, the skills so much bibliographical as of field and the used instruments they are: questionnaires of evaluation and cards of observation to the management of learning of the teacher. From it the absence of control has been identified on the part of the teachers, getting rid of it some weaknesses, motive by which there is proposed a project of design of strategies of control to strengthen the climate of classroom and to produce cooperative learnings, directed to the teachers of the educational investigated centers, during the school period 2013 - 2014.
