Influencia de las motivaciones psicosociales en la calidad de vida laboral en el personal de la Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional Santiago Fernández García de la ciudad de Cariamanga en el periodo enero 2016-julio 2016

Abstract:

With the application of a theory-based survey Frederick Herzberg, it is intended to analyze and evaluate the influence of the psychosocial motivations of the collaborators in the UEFSFG of Cariamanga. Since the problems that exist are no known, and according to the results, will be presented a the authorities of the institution a proposal to improve or strengthen psychosocial motivations and create an excellent working environment.
