Influencia del comportamiento organizacional como práctica necesaria para la administración de las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas
Abstract:
The research was exploratory based on a review of the literature on CO. This was done for the term" Organizational Behavior" and for its translation into English" Organizational Behavior" and its appearance in the title of the reference. The search was conducted, for both terms in Google Scholar and Scopus. This search in Scopus made it possible to confirm the complexity of the topic under study, indicating the limited level of research on this subject in the Spanish-speaking world. It was concluded that the researcher in CO faces as alternatives: a) Formulate a model that takes into account as independent variables those that are at the level of the group and individual system and as a dependent variable those that influence the performance of the organization, such as productivity and absenteeism. b) Take into account a model oriented towards Innovation, that is, consider the necessary change to develop the Company in the Knowledge Society, taking into account the Orientation towards the market and towards learning as an Organization
