: Propuesta de intervención para mejorar el clima de aula en el séptimo grado de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Bernardo Valdivieso de la ciudad de Loja durante el año lectivo 2016 - 2017

Abstract:

The current researching study related to the school climate had as a general objective, to design a proposal of intervention in order to improve the classroom climate based on the pedagogical communication of the teaching-learning process, in the Educational High School of the Millennium Bernardo Valdivieso, starting on a pedagogical communication as a central axis of the integral formation; for which a sample has been taken with a total of 80 students and 2 teachers of the seventh years of Basic Education; for the information and collection, the survey was used as a technique, whose fundament was focused since the proposal of Moos and Trickett. It is concluded that there is weaknesses in the subscales of involvement that determine the degree of interest and participation in the development of activities, as well as the control sub-scale that determines fulfillment with the rules and penalties, since they oscillate in an average score and down; that the associated factors to the classroom climate such as: type of family, mother’s and father’s studies , school performance, all mostly present an inverse relationship, and in their minority a direct relationship.
