Influencia del factor psicológico en la calidad del desempeño escolar en el área de ciencias sociales de la asignatura de educación para la ciudadanía dirigida a estudiantes de segundo bachillerato general unificado de la Unidad Educativa Dr. Eduardo Granja Garcés, Zona 5, Distrito 09D14, Provincia del Guayas, Cantón Pedro Carbo, periodo lectivo 2015 - 2016.


Abstract:

The present research work, focuses on the quality of school performance in the area of Social Sciences, due to the fact that the students present failures in the subject, so it was investigated by the influence of the psychological factor, the same one that allows to develop skills in The teaching and learning process of the students of Second Unified School of the Educational Unit "Dr. Eduardo Granja Garcés ". The analysis of the problem was carried out through applied surveys and using the methods of observation, exploratory and investigative, which served to delve into the subject, making reference to the population and the sample, where the Director of the educational institution was interviewed and Surveyed the teachers, parents and beneficiary students, all of this in order to get a better understanding of the problem observed in the classroom. All this helped to determine the dimension of the problem that was detected in the aforementioned educational institution, also allowed to know the reality to give way to the design and implement strategies that make it possible to learn different things and to be able to find the solution to the perceived problem, to improve the quality Of school performance in students. The conclusions that have been obtained is that it is important to motivate the interest of the students for the benefit of a quality education, it is recommended to create a proposal that gives solution to the present project that is beneficial and feasible, applying the use of the TIC to awaken Attention in the student and improve their school performance.
