Abstract:

The present investigation study seeks to recognize and analyses the factors that influence the labor productivity of the industrial sector, for this reason we have focused on the companies (businesses) producing and trading in mass production of nutritional products in the Quito Metropolitan District, we took into account the entities most income-producing and considered the best places to work. We will go deep into thematics like: definition and development of the labor productivity where we outlined that it is an intelligent system that permits the enterprises (businesses) to use the variety of existing resources to optimum levels of efficiency and quality, on the other hand they obtain information of development, growth and what is the present (current) condition of the industrial activity in the Quito Metropolitan District, adding (extending) the help that the authorities offer to this sector.
