Ingeniería conceptual, básica y de detalle para la construcción de una bomba de calor

Abstract:

To design and build a didactic mechanic heat pump became an idea to provide the Automotive Mechanic School with equipment that stimulates thermodynamic related processes as well as, to help understand the theoretical and scientific basis of energy and its physical transformations. In terms of energy systems, those theoretical and scientific basis cover one of most relevant areas in mechanical engineering and most importantly in car mechanics. If we consider the heat pump as a machine that allows us to transfer heat from a source of lower temperature to another of higher temperature, without producing it and only transporting it, it can be ensured that its implementation in the domestic, industrial, and the automotive realm is highly demanded and also because it does not pollutes the environment. Currently, the world is facing some major problems, which are the environment pollution, as well as the high cost of energy generation. The heat pump as a heating and cooling system becomes an important alternative because it is highly efficient and its low energy consumption. Additionally, since this is a research project, its investment was reduced compared with the real cost of importing an assembled heat pump. This project will help facilitate the practical study of thermodynamic for all the School students due to its manageable size and its relative ease of use.
