Abstract:

Several studies have been realized it brings over of the poverty in vulnerable sectors of country, but these they have been realized in a very generic way where little or nothing has been contributed to the solution of the different problematic ones that attracts the poverty Ecuadorians. This investigation has as aim study the variables of revenue, consumption, saving and assets of the parish Barreiro of the canton Babahoyo. The method applied for this investigation is the model of participation - action where there is looked the participation of the involved ones (inhabitants of the parish) to identify which are the diffe rent problems that concern his income, that destine it, if they have capacity of saving and his assets they are in conditions to serve as guarantee for a lending of entrepreneurship. . Information got up with primary sources like surveys and interviews. Since there decides principal conclusion that the revenue that they perceive these inhabitants in many cases are for down, el57 % wins below the basic unified salary, aggravating his indexes of consumption, stimulating the lack of conscience towards to the saving. Also this investigation stands out as principal offer that should investigate in a deep way this vulnerable sector of him Ecuadori an economy.
