Injuria moral, posición subjetiva del médico frente a la demanda hospitalaria. Propuesta de un dispositivo de atención psicológica.
Abstract:
The purpose of this investigation is to analyze how the institutional demand affects the subjectivity of the doctor through an understanding and interpretation of the hospital reality, to promote a psychological care device The theoretical frame of reference is based on psychoanalytic theory, especially under a Lacanian orientation. Following the texts of the Lacan, seminars defining key concepts in our research as: need, desire and demand, place of the Other, mirror stage, alienation; separation and the four speeches, especially the discourse of the master, which has an important function in the constitution of the subjectivity of the subject. The research work consists of three chapters. The first chapter corresponds to the theoretical framework in which medical information is collected from necessary texts about the hospital institution and then from psychoanalysis, we search texts about the subjective constitution, in which spoke of need, demand and desire, stage of the mirror, alienation - separation and the place of the Other in the subjective constitution culminating in the discourses proposed by Lacan, defining from psychoanalysis what moral injury is, culminating with the relationship of this concept with the reality of the hospital institution governed by the discourse of the master. A qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach is used, collecting information through interviews and interpreting it through categorization and intertextual reading, to arrive at the proposal of a psychological care device under psychoanalytic guideline.
