Innovation of processes and its incidence in competitiveness in the medium and large companies of the metalpechanical sector of the Metropolitan District of Quito in the year 2018

Abstract:

This article analyzes the incidence of process innovation in the competitiveness of medium and large companies in the metalworking sector of Quito during 2018. A model of relationship between the dimensions of the variables was designed. Mixed, applied, crosssectional, non-experimental and correlational study used the Pearson Coefficient. In conclusion, innovation actions influence competitiveness. In addition, a proposal of strategies to promote innovation is presented.
