Integrated services management frameworks for online education based on information and communications technology


Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of an educational organization, this paper will review the processes of Information Technology (IT) operating in an e-Learning Department, where high levels of monitoring and management of applications and infrastructure result in a satisfactory delivery of user service. In this respect, e-Learning due to its dependence on technology, is an area deeply affected by the changing environment and technological support. Therefore, the revision of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Quality Matters (QM) Rubric frameworks will be a mixed model of the quality assurance of the processes involved in e-Learning Department.
