Integrative management for the restructuring of SMEs

Abstract:

The article presents the integrative management model of SME restructuring. The model points to a divergent and sustained competitive performance, specifying measures to improve strategic management, rationalizing management functions and evaluating the influence of its results on the competitiveness of SMEs. The respective technique is proposed for the evaluation of business efficiency in terms of strategic and functional management. Regarding the preparation of the appropriate strategy for the restructuring of SMEs, the author has determined and, therefore, recommended regularities for strategic decision-making towards restructuring, as well as those for the rational selection of technical restructuring.
