Interrelaciones en familias con enfermos crónicos. Programa Riesgos y Emergencias (MIES-INFA). 2011-2012)


Abstract:

The present investigation has as lens describe from the systematic vision the interrelationship between the membres of the family of the sick chronic patients (children /aces and teenagers) of the Program of Risks and Emergencies of the MIES-INFA- AZUAY, and to elaborate a profile of offer of prevention psychosocial for families with this characteristic . Six families collaborated as sample for the investigation , to come to the results there was I use a methodology of qualitative , existential investigation and of experience, which allowed to analyze the family interrelationships with concrete elements of the royal experience of the subjects since instruments for the obtaining of the information there was used the systemic interviews Genograms and a Form for evaluation of the family ; processed the information demonstrated that: they are dysfunctional families , the role of care and protection in major percentage is being assumed only by one of the progenitors; the limits and rulers of the families prove to be diffuse , existing confusion on how acting opposite to a patient with chronic disease ; the nearby relatives with those who live, give constant support covering partially the basic needs ; the abandon of the home on the part of one the progenitors , it provokes changes in the family ; lack (deficiency ) in communication exists in every member or this family nucleus to the able to mate to the situation ; disability of six families to develop and support the routines and strategies of control ; the offer of prevention psychosocial will focus: to facilitate the managing of the stress and the skills of self-control, to improve the autoesteem, to promote the resolution of problems and to generate a set of social skills.
