Intervención urbana sustentable en la comuna Bella Vista, Isla Puná, Guayas año 2020

Abstract:

The sustainable urban intervention has been developed through a prior analysis of the problem, detecting that there are factors that prevent its development, such as the difficulty of obtaining construction elements on the island and the result is that the inhabitants lack space or carry out their activities in precarious conditions Another factor is the excessive accumulation of plastic waste in its environment due to the constant arrival of this waste through water currents and consumption by the community; These factors reduce economic, social and environmental development, which is why it is proposed to contribute to the solution of obtaining construction elements through plastic recycling to create blocks and paving stones, therefore it is expected to clean the environment contaminated by these wastes and contribute to the ecotourism activity applied in the commune, with the design of these spaces that improve their quality of service to generate economic development, the second focused on the accessibility of all people between the Bellavista commune and the continent in such a way that it contributes to development economic and social development of the inhabitants, and spaces for recreation and culture that favor a better cultivation of quality of life are also proposed.
