Intrafamiliary relations in patients who have a dependent disorder for consumption of substances in the therapeutic community

Abstract:

The present research conducted in the context of the Therapeutic Community" Twelve Steps" of Cuenca is presented. Whose objective was to identify intrafamily relationships of patients suffering from disorders of substance use dependence psychotherapy. A crosssectional descriptive study was performed with a shaped by 27 users admitted to this institution in the quarter from January to April 2016, the unit of analysis universe was the family of the user. Scale Evaluation of Domestic Relations Hebkp_redia Rivera-2010 was used. The results showed difficulties in family dynamics based on diagnosis made threedimensional intra-family relationships: the expression, unity and union and difficulties. For this reason it is important psychotherapeutic intervention in correspondence with the results obtained in the diagnosis of intra-family relationships which is a tool that can contribute to the work with families of inmates to improve the internal environment and prepare them for the reintegration process was designed.
