Intrinsic features for accessible OER

Abstract:

Technological innovations have revolutionized the way people communicate, interact and share information. Moreover, the movement for open access, pursues open and free dissemination of scientific information and extends this philosophy to educational material. While there is a variety of educational resources stored in repositories of free access, "access for all" to the knowledge is achieved through compliance with accessibility issues. This has made, this paper discusses the characteristics of an accessible resource and also meets the inherent characteristics of OER (open, education, object/resource).
