Análisis de la afluencia de visitas en el museo ‘PRESLEY NORTON’ para elaborar un plan comunicacional.
Abstract:
The following research work has the aim of discovering the impact of a digital communication plan in digital platforms to influence young people’s motivation to visit Presley Norton Museum. The objective of the study is to discover how young adults, between 18 to 25 years old, perceive the study’s subject. In the same way, it also aims to find out what would stimulate them to go to this cultural place. In addition, a communication plan will be proposed and spread throughout the sites that this group of people use the most. The content of this plan will allow to generate this brand’s recognition, given that, the Norton Presley Museum is not well-known by the target group. Finally, it is recommended to execute this proposal so that the communicational objectives, which the museum needs, can be met. This is due to the fact that they are feasible in reference to the obtained findings.
