Iterative controller design by frequency scale experimental decomposition


Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to show up some issues related to the 'windsurfing approach to learning control'. The main idea is to avoid open-loop identification, and to design the controller in a progressive way, incorporating the new results to the previous one. A detailed example illustrate the main issues of this approach.
