Abstract:

Knowledge management has revolutionized the foundations of organizations, especially those inherent in universities, for this reason the objective of determining theoretically the acceptance of knowledge management as a tool to generate added value, with scope in administrative processes in Lay University Eloy Alfaro de Manabi.
