KPI’S Model Focused on the Evaluation of the Inventory Management of a Textile Company. A Case Study


Abstract:

Small and medium-sized textile enterprises work to satisfy a changing market, which makes efficient inventory management difficult; therefore, several control methodologies have been developed to help to make this task easier. Though, only few researchers have sought to evaluate the performance of inventory management considering the multiple existing control methodologies and that none of them can be adapted one hundred percent to the characteristics of a company. In this paper, a model of key development indica-tors for the evaluation of the inventory management of a textile company dedicated to the manufacture of leisure footwear is carried out.
