Knowledge management analysis of a technology company in an emerging economy

Abstract:

This article focuses on the analysis of knowledge management in a company dedicated to information technology in the city of Loja - Ecuador. The method used is exploratory and quantitative, where Cronbach's alpha was applied for the validation of the instrument. In addition, a descriptive analysis of the results obtained was carried out, where the items with the highest and lowest average of each dimension of knowledge management are highlighted.
